By accessing or using SelleasePro ("the Platform"), operated by SayShan Technologies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
SelleasePro is a cloud-based business management platform that provides point of sale (POS), inventory management, customer relationship management (CRM), e-commerce storefront, wholesale B2B portal, financial reporting, multi-store management, and employee management tools. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or enhanced at our discretion.
To use certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration, keep your password secure and confidential, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and take responsibility for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
SelleasePro offers multiple subscription tiers (Starter, Business, Enterprise). All plans include a 30-day free trial. After the trial, your selected payment method will be charged automatically according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or annually). Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase.
You retain full ownership of all business data you input into the Platform, including product listings, customer records, sales data, financial information, and employee records. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data. You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
You agree not to use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Platform, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Platform without permission, or upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension.
If you use the e-commerce storefront features, you are solely responsible for the products and services you sell through the Platform, compliance with all applicable consumer protection laws, accurate product descriptions and pricing, processing customer orders and handling returns, collecting and remitting applicable taxes, and maintaining appropriate business licenses. SelleasePro acts as a technology provider and is not a party to transactions between you and your customers.
The Platform, including its design, code, features, documentation, and branding, is the intellectual property of SayShan Technologies. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for the duration of your subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SelleasePro and SayShan Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SayShan Technologies, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay subscription fees, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, or at our discretion with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
