Attendance that knows the shift
Mark the day for a whole branch in one sheet. Late arrivals and overtime are worked out from each shift’s start, end and grace minutes; the monthly report exports to Excel.
Payroll that does the arithmetic
One run per branch per month, from draft to approved to paid. Absence and overtime come from attendance, loan installments are deducted, and marking it paid posts the salary expense.

Does payroll use attendance automatically?
Yes. Absence and overtime come from attendance, and loan installments are deducted in the same run.
Can employees see their own payslips?
Yes. Staff with an account see their payslips, leave balance and attendance in the My HR area.
Can someone leave while they still hold a company laptop?
No. Offboarding is blocked while assets or loans are still open.
