What is included
Everything this module does.
-
Order booking
Book a retail order at MRP or a wholesale order at DP price. Search by name or code, or scan a barcode.
-
Live stock on every line
Each product shows how many are available. A rep can’t book more than the warehouse holds, and the server checks again on save.
-
New customers on the spot
Add a customer from inside the order, or register one with phone, address and an opening due for each branch.
-
Due collection
Record a collection by cash, cheque, bank transfer or online. It waits on the office’s Customer Due List until someone approves it.
-
Suppliers and purchases
Reps who also buy can register suppliers with contact people and documents, record purchases and pay supplier dues.
-
A credit limit per rep
Set how much unpaid delivered sale a rep may carry. Delivering beyond it needs an override, and every override is logged.
Field sales
Reps sell in the field. The office stays in control.
Sales representatives get their own menus — SR Sales, SR Purchases and SR People — and see only their own work. Every order and every taka they collect passes the office before it changes stock, accounts or a customer’s due.
The order is saved. Stock and payments move when the office delivers it.
Every taka collected is checked
- 1 The rep records a collection: cash, cheque (number and date), bank transfer, online or other
- 2 It is saved as a draft with its own number — the customer’s due does not change yet
- 3 The office approves it on the Customer Due List
- 4 It pays off the opening due first, then the oldest open invoices
Mistakes can be undone. An approved collection can be reversed later, with a reason, and the ledger follows.
Employee Performance
Sample data| Rep | Delivered | Collected | Due |
|---|---|---|---|
| Rafiq | ৳4,12,600 | ৳3,68,200 | ৳44,400 |

| Tanvir | ৳1,87,300 | ৳1,20,400 | ৳66,900 |
Count collections by the day the rep received them or the day the office approved them.

How it works
Sales reps (SR), step by step.
-
01
Book the order
The rep picks their customer, adds products with live stock, records any payment and saves the order as Draft or Approved.
-
02
Office reviews
The order shows in the main sales list under the rep’s name. Nothing has left the warehouse yet.
-
03
Deliver
The office moves it to Delivery: stock leaves, payments reach the accounts, and the order locks for the rep.
-
04
Collect and approve
The rep records the due they collect; the office approves it and the customer’s ledger updates.
Who uses it
- Sales representativesTheir own customers, orders and collections — nothing else.
- Office and accountsDeliver orders and approve every collection.
- OwnersWho sold what, who collected what, and who carries too much due.
Questions about this module
Can a rep see other reps’ customers?
No. A rep’s customer, supplier, sale and purchase lists show only the records they created, and only in the branches they are assigned to.
Does a rep’s order take stock out straight away?
No. A rep saves an order as Draft or Approved. Stock leaves the warehouse, and payments reach your accounts, only when the office moves the sale to Delivery or Completed.
How do we check the money a rep collects?
Every collection is saved as a draft with its own CD-INV number and changes nothing until the office approves it. The Customer Due List shows each employee’s pending collections per branch, and an approved collection can still be reversed later, with a reason.
Can a rep change an order after it is delivered?
No. A delivered or completed sale opens read-only. Only a user with the delivered-sale permission can unlock it, and changing its customer needs a permission of its own.
How do we measure each rep?
The Employee Performance report shows each salesperson’s delivered sales by week and month, collections, returns and outstanding due. Collections can be counted on the day the rep received them or the day the office approved them.
Do reps need anything installed?
No. Reps sign in to the same web back office with their own account, and their role decides which SR menus they see.
